Alexandra Klein

Alexandra  lives in Seattle and is a graduate student at Bellevue University, earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a background in psychological research, crisis counseling, and community-based support for women navigating trauma and chemical dependency. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed, stigma-free care and in creating an egalitarian and empowering therapeutic relationship. Alexandra’s clinical interests include PTSD, women’s issues, harm-reduction, working with clients affected by sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, and coercive experiences, and providing affirming support for those exploring alternative relationship structures, diverse lifestyles, and sexual or gender identity expression. She is especially passionate about helping clients understand how systemic and relational forces shape their internal narratives and guiding them toward greater self-compassion, agency, and values-aligned living.

Parsan Saffaie

Parsan Saffaie (she/her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum student at Bellevue University who approaches counseling with warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility. She feels drawn to understanding the ways our experiences, relationships, and cultural histories shape who we are and how we move through the world. Parsan is interested in supporting those who are navigating grief, identity development, and complex family dynamics. She is passionate about creating a grounded, compassionate space where clients can feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered in their healing process.

Sheri Sterup

Sheri Sterup is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA). She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.   Her clinical interests include supporting clients through transitions such as trauma recovery, disordered eating, parenting challenges, relationship and communication issues, anxiety, and life changes. She works with individuals, couples, and families; she is also an ally to LGBTQ+ clients and welcomes clients across a wide range of identities. Sheri’s therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and empowerment. She emphasizes helping clients rewrite narratives and unlearn limiting core beliefs, supporting them in rebuilding self-trust, confidence, and a clear sense of self that’s aligned with their values and aspirations.  

Sheri is also a certified Life Coach through Sentio Life Coaching Program

Talor Lee-Stiles

Talor Lee-Stiles is a counseling intern earning his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples as a coach, massage therapist, and personal trainer, he blends evidence-based therapies with a relational, mindful approach. Talor works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-worth challenges, and relationship issues, helping them build clarity, emotional balance, and stronger connections with themselves and others. His style is compassionate, steady, and attuned, emphasizing personal growth, meaningful change, and alignment with core values. Outside of his work, Talor lives on a small homestead in Puget Sound with his family, grounding his practice in presence, simplicity, and connection to nature.
