Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington)

This policy describes how Sentio Counseling Washington handles consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act. It does not apply to protected health information covered by HIPAA.

Information collected automatically when you use this website, including pages viewed and device and general location information. We use it to respond to you, to provide and administer our services, and to operate this website.

Where it comes from. From you, and from your device when you use this website.

What we share, and with whom. We may share the categories above with service providers that host and operate this website and support our communications. We do not sell consumer health data. We share consumer health data only with service providers acting on our behalf and with our affiliated organizations.

Your rights. Washington residents may ask us to confirm whether we collect or share their consumer health data, to access it, to receive a list of third parties we have shared it with, to withdraw consent, and to delete it.
